A little about William. He grew up in a small farming community in SW Saskatchewan. Learned the value of working hard and until the completion of the task at hand. Learned to operate and maintain many different types of heavy equipment. As he moved into adulthood, he moved to Southern Alberta and started working in the Service Industry to the Oil Patch. He obtained his Class 1 drivers licence which lead into various driving opportunities. A career that spanned 25 years and 1.5 Million miles of accident free highway miles.
This career path was a rewarding and difficult one. Always able to find employment was good, however being away from home so much was not good for and was part of the disillusion of the marriage in 2005. Making a chose at that time to be there for the children changed the work that he pursued. This is when he started to work in Customer service, an industry that is much more rewarding and a better fit to be present for the children. This worked as the children grew up, now all are on their own and there is more time for William to pursue his career objectives and make a life for himself.
William now enjoys the challenges and rewards of creating an exceptional Customer experience. Helping a customer become aware of solutions available and trouble shooting any situations that may not be working best for them. He is truly about the care and relationship side of sales, with the approach that a happy client is a great place to grow through referrals. He continues his learning though reading and taking courses that grow his abilities to connect and assist his clients in having the best possible experience.
